HIGH SCHOOL
In our American High School, we continue to prepare our students to successfully meet the challenges of the Diploma Programme in their next stage of education.
Our students learn and develop their knowledge, following the American educational model. At this stage of secondary education in English, students become increasingly autonomous in their study, guided by their teachers. All so that in the future they will be able to face any challenge that lies ahead.
At Casvi International American School, we make sure that our students feel comfortable and integrated in our secondary school in English. Thanks to our native English-speaking teachers specialised in Secondary Education, we offer young students the support and motivation they need.

Casvi International American School is an authorised school for
the three International Baccalaureate Programmes.
This official IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) diagram shows the units of enquiry that our students work on at this stage. We stimulate science, art, design, mathematics, language acquisition, physical education, language and literature and society.
We present different units of enquiry and through each unit, we encourage students’ curiosity towards various educational and important topics in society.
High School: American School
Our English education system is based on the American educational model: Elementary School, Middle School and High School.
This stage of secondary education is part of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP). Students are encouraged to make practical connections between their studies and the real world. This prepares them for success in their future education and lives.
Enquiry remains the key to our teaching methodology. We provide students with the tools they need to research, and to become creative, critical and reflective thinkers.
This stage ends with the completion of the Personal Project. It consists of working for several months on a research project on a topic chosen by the student, followed by the completion of a project that the student presents to the rest of the educational community.
Foundations of our international education in the American High School
English continues to be the language of instruction at all stages of our education. At Casvi International American School, we offer a complete linguistic and cultural immersion, following the American curriculum. All subjects are taught by native English-speaking teachers, providing students with a complete linguistic immersion.
As an English-language high school, Spanish is taught only in the subjects of Spanish Language and Culture.
In addition, the learning of other languages such as Chinese and German is encouraged.
