What Do Students Learn in the Kitchen of Francachela’s Restaurant?

In the kitchen or with the reservations book. To understand how the world works and more specifically a company, our Grade 2 students have spent a very fun and different morning at the restaurant Bodegón Francachela of Tres Cantos.

This learning experience has allowed them to learn the processes, structure and different roles that exist in a restaurant, from the kitchen to the storage room. They have followed a recipe and prepared their own food but they have also managed reservations or served customers at the bar.

Inquiring about human societies cannot and should not be done only in the classroom, but by discovering and experiencing for themselves in the real world.

Thanks to all the staff of the Bodegón Francachela Restaurant, and in particular to the parents of our student Flavia, who have made possible this incredible experience for our students!
