MYP students have been inquiring about How to Create a Heart Rate Training Program. They investigated and tested their body through different exercises by monitoring their heart rate.
The objective is to know exactly how their body is working in order to increase aerobic fitness and improve their performance.
After this Unit, they are prepared to create specific training zones that help determine their intensity for a given workout. And, of course, to create their own fitness program!
