School Diary 3: Keep on moving!

As a fundamental part of the three Programmes of the International Baccalaureate, the area of Physical and Health Education, is present at all stages, motivating our students to develop skills for healthy lifestyle.

These days, our Physical Education Department is using all the digital resources at its disposal to facilitate daily lessons for our students.

Physical exercise is essential for good health, relaxation and stress management—plus it’s just fun!
