School Dary 29: Mindfulness for kids

2nd Graders have been working on mindfulness during the whole year and now they continue to improve their self-consciousness through interactive classes.

The disruption of the school routine, lack of social and physical activity, and fears related to the COVID-19 outbreak can be especially stressful and anxiety-producing for children. Mindfulness can offer relief from current difficulties because building resiliency will help our students manage now and in future times of stress.

In these sessions, they practice creating mindful habits and actions, increasing conscious awareness, and tapping into stillness for everyday happiness. Students develop critical thinking skills by learning how to calm and focus their minds through brain exercises.
