The students of 3rd of the E.S.O. have adopted the teacher’s role by showing Pre-K 1 students how they have built their rainsticks with recyclable materials and how this original instrument sounds.
First of all, they have planned how to build the rainsticks using different materials such as cardboard, ropes or sticks, giving them a second use.
Once they had their instruments, they visited the Pre-k 1 class to teach them what they had done, how they did it and the result.
Pre-K 1 students have been surprised to hear the rain inside their class without getting wet!
“Our teachers for one day” have developed their creativity and communication skills, as well as taking responsibility for their learning.
They have been able to transmit their knowledge, surprise and stimulate the curiosity of a very challenging audience.
