At Casvi International American School we celebrate the International Week of Languages to foster an open mind among all of our students. Today Tuesday, it is the turn of Germany and the essential vocabulary that any traveler would need when arriving in this country.
If Pepe (Alfredo Landa) had traveled in his time with our 7th Grade students, he would have had better luck. Today they have practiced the essential German vocabulary, from meals, means of transport or travel utensils with a funny memory game.
The game consisted of discovering cards that hid an image …
… they had to say the name of the object without making mistakes and look for their corresponding partner to win.
At the end of the class, they enjoyed authentic German dishes in our dining room, tasting the typical potato soup and a tasty roasted knuckle with cabbage.
¡Gutten Appetit!
