Our students and teachers have shown off their holiday spirit throughout the <strong>Spirit Week<\/strong>. As an American school, we love embracing typical U.S. traditions. This time, it involved coming to school each day of the week wearing a different holiday accessory: <strong>y original shocks and hats, outrageous <em>ugly sweaters<\/em>, the coziest pajamas and a total denim look. <\/strong>    <\/p><p>Likewise, the entire school has been filled with white and this festive spirit thanks to the <strong>decoration <\/strong>designed and set up by our students and teachers. In fact, in Kindergarten, they even created their very own snow globe with the help of a parent! <\/p><p>The whole school received lovely letters through the <strong><em>Elf Mail Office<\/em><\/strong>, organized by our Grade 4 students.<\/p><p>In addition, we celebrated one of the most eagerly awaited events of the year: our <strong>Christmas Festival.<\/strong> Our students, from Pre-K1 to Grade 7, delighted us with a variety of dances and songs. We even had the chance to be swept away by the beautiful melodies performed by the <strong>choir<\/strong>. We also announced the winners of this year\u2019s<strong> Christmas card contest.<\/strong> To wrap up this special evening, we shared a delicious <strong>chocolate with churros <\/strong>with families, one of the most traditional Christmas snacks in Spain.   <\/p><p>On the last day of classes, our Kindergarten and Primary students had the delightful and magical visit of <strong>Santa Claus!<\/strong> Meanwhile, in MYP and High School, students enjoyed a fun game of <strong>Trivial Pursuit<\/strong> and a <strong>Christmas movie.<\/strong> <\/p><p>In this edition, in addition to the usual teacher interview, we feature two students: the founder of the <strong> Ping Pong Club at Casvi International American School and the founder of the first CasviMun.<\/strong><\/p><p>But besides all the Christmas events, we also had the chance to take part in many other activities:<\/p><p>In <strong>Kindergarten<\/strong>, they created a mini version of themselves to share with their classmates the things they enjoy and that make them happy.<\/p><p>Meanwhile, two Grade 5 students represented Casvi International American School at the event organized by the Tres Cantos City Council for the <strong>47th anniversary of the Spanish Constitution.<\/strong> t school, their classmates created a song about the Magna Carta with the help of <strong>Artificial Intelligence.<\/strong> <\/p><p><strong>Our Guidance Departament <\/strong> has organized several workshops to improve conflict management in the classroom.<\/p><p>In MYP, our Grade 6 students created their own <strong>3D human body<\/strong> in science class.<\/p><p>CAS students <strong>delivered 478 kilograms<\/strong> of food to <strong>Caritas Tres Cantos,<\/strong> collected during the food drive held as part of Intercultural Week.<\/p><p>And in <strong>PE<\/strong>, our students are developing their creativity through dance.<\/p><p><strong>Trips to museums, plant nurseries, cinemas, and more a museos, viveros, cines, etc <\/strong>were also part of the activities.
