Pre-K students develop their gross motor skills through a very fun circuit!
These kind of circuits improve self and spatial awareness, balance, and both foot-eye and hand-eye coordination.
During the early school our students learn the essential motor skills upon which later learning is dependent.
Through play, through games, and through sport, they develop their gross motor skills to lay a foundation for school skills such as handwriting, concentrating, following instructions, sport skills and team work.
The role of our Physical Education Department in the school curriculum is to help students develop the competencies and beliefs necessary for incorporating regular physical activity into their lives.
